Laker balcony

We are attending  the Oval for the final Ashes test.
Just a couple of questions  as we have never been before.
1, are the seats padded in the Laker balcony ?
2, which entrance  do we use to get to the Laker balcony ?

You need to come into the ground at the main entrance just up from the Oval Tube Station. You'll see the Pavilion. I don't know if the seats are padded so I would bring your own if you have one. You can look on the Oval website for full info, in fact they'll probably email you in advance.
Enjoy the game even if the Ashes have gone by then!

I've just seen that there is a proposed London Tube strike from the 23rd July until 28th July, which will run over the first two days of the Oval Test. Keep a watch on that.
