This test series is pointless and should have been cancelled with NZ getting the points in the World test championship. Apart from India, Australia and England test cricket is very sadly dying. Too many 2 test series which are stupid should be a minimum of 3.

Its very sad but white ball cricket is taking over.

Sadly you are spot on.

I know its very sad Badges. Hopefully we can get back to at least having 3 match series as a minimum again. Also more 5 match series not just between India, us and the Aussies.

They won't put restrictions on optimising profit.

The problems are not about "optimising profit", it's that in South Africa and New Zealand particularly they are losing money on every test they host (except England and India).

The World Test Championship at least forces them to play tests. Without it, they simply wouldn't.

Less Test matches = less money lost.

I've been watching New Z v Aus.Watch till lunch (midnight our time) and catch up in the morning.Every wicket is greeted with "He can't believe it."
Also,those in the good seats behind the bowlers arm have to deal with a never ending stream of people walking through all day long.I can't believe that..
