Club Yearbooks

Morning All..

I just wanted to drop a line on here to say that, when you get your Membership Pack in the post this year (it should be landing any day now) they won't contain a Club Yearbook, as has previously been the tradition.

This is because, with our ever expanding Membership base, we have taken a sustainability based decision to reduce production of the yearbook to try and avoid printing a large number of unnecessary copies.

We have still produced a Yearbook (164 pages including covers) and all Members are clearly entitled to a free copy. If you would like one, you have three options:

- Email membership@surreycricket.com and ask us to send you one
- Go the Members' Reception in the Pavilion when you're next at the ground
- Go to the new shop in the Galadari Stand when you're next at the ground

We will also shortly be uploading a PDF file of the new Yearbook to the website, should you want to read it digitally.

This was also all sent out on an email today, but please feel to pass around!

Yesterday I sent an email to Theresa Peters (Surrey CCC access officer) and this morning got a reply saying copies of the handbook can be collected from the reception desk from Thursday week onwards.

Funnily enough I got another bulky envelope regarding the forthcoming Agm and the candidates to vote for. Theres quite a lot of them!

Another thing you've probably noticed- the guest vouchers are either being sent attached to an email or electronic instructions how to download them to your smart phone or tablet. All very up to date, but I know a number of members who don't have a smart phone and a few don't do the internet at all.
