Controversy erupted today when India's captain, Rohit Sharma, retired out in a super over, only for the super over to be tied, and then he was allowed to come back in (later claiming he had retired hurt, as if he was out he wouldn't have been allowed to bat again).

I am very much of the view players shouldn't be allowed to retire out in the final over of limited overs matches.

Surely it is ok if he Retires Out?  It is letting him back which is the issue.

But if you're in the final over, and, say, 150-2 in a T20, why wouldn't everyone retire out to let in a Jos Buttler?

And I don't see what is wrong with that.
