Yes you apply via the website. You may have to chose a new password and you have to give your bank details. They also only process every other Friday! I've been waiting for mine for 10 days.

Yes, that's exactly what I did, as soon as I got the mail from Surrey. I was curious as to how Keith had 'got ours' already. Maybe he just caught the 1st Friday payment run.

As I mentioned above I phoned the box office to say in my letter my refund quote was wrong as it was double what I should have got .The lady at the box office called me back and said it was sorted.
I asked her if I could get my refund sorted while on the phone she said no problem and also did my wife's at the same time.

Like Olympian and Chinaman, I'm still waiting for my money.

Going from Keith's post, it seems that money is only being paid out so far for cases where the Club cock up the refund quote and someone phones to query it.

My godfathers, I hope Elworthy knows what a job he has on his hands in trying to sort out this shambles of a Club!

Looks like a mess in direct debits. Mine and a friends have not gone through. The club is looking into it, so when you get an email it's not a scam. Possibly something to do with new membership numbers.

I had an email yesterday to say my direct debit hadn’t gone through and to contact them with an alternative payment method. I couldn’t get through on the phone so sent them an email. I received an email to say that there had been a problem which has been resolved and they’ll try again on the 13th.

Mine went through fine, got an email a few days before saying it was happening.

Always find it weird how split it is between people being fine and then issues, never floats one way exclusively...

Someone I spoke to today said his membership had been paid but not by him someone else how could that happen?
